Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping is 2–5 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume sales.

The Wig Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs that have been:

  • Worn

  • Altered

  • Customized

  • Washed

  • Colored

  • Damaged after delivery

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review your claim.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work quickly to resolve any verified issues.
